Mr. Blumberg has the rare distinction of being a Board Certified trial lawyer as well as being a Board Certified specialist in legal malpractice and a Board Certified specialist in medical malpractice. He has authored dozens of published articles on law and trial skills and has been on the faculty of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Trial School for over 20 years. His over 40 years of ethical litigation experience has been recognized by his peers whose recommendations earned him the highest possible national ratings for competence and ethics, awarded by Martindale-Hubbell. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles with emeritus status, and the National Board of Directors of the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys.
Mr. Buchwald was a Certified Specialist in Appellate Law from 2005 through 2020. In addition to his appellate skills and many published cases, he is known for his ability to analyze complex legal and factual issues in legal malpractice, business, probate and real estate litigation.
FRED BONGARD, M.D./J.D.
Fred Bongard is doctor and a licensed California attorney. He is Board Certified in general surgery and critical care and remains a full professor of surgery at the UCLA School of Medicine. As an attorney, he is able to understand both the medical and legal aspects of medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
