444 W. Ocean Blvd. is on the southeast corner of Ocean Boulevard and Magnolia/Queensway in the California Bank & Trust Building.

If you are driving west on Ocean, turn left in the driveway just past Chestnut Avenue. If you are driving east on Ocean, turn right into the driveway just past Magnolia/Queensway.

FREEWAY DIRECTIONS:

On the 710 (Long Beach) Freeway, stay in the left lane toward downtown Long Beach. Take the Broadway/downtown exit, which is on the left. Turn right at Magnolia, which is the second stoplight. In one block, you will come to Ocean Boulevard. Turn left and then make an immediate right turn into the driveway which leads to the underground parking. There is also metered street parking just past the driveway.
